Please note:
NO returns are allowed on Pre-order, Special Order or Personalized and Sale items.
- These sales are considered final.
- Shipping charges and duty/import taxes are non-refundable.

All returns must meet the following criteria:
- No signs of being worn
- All tags must be attached in the same place they were sent
- All original packaging must be included
- No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted
Start a return:
- Log in to your customer account to request a return for your purchased piece.
- Use this safe shipping and packaging checklist
- Send the package through a trackable and insured shipping method. We suggest UPS or FedEx and USPS in pieces valued at $200 or less.
- Email us the courier tracking number to info@adrianafj.com to be aware.
- Adriana Fine Jewelry is not responsible for return lost packages.

Exchanges / Store Credit
Once a return arrives to us, it will take us 7-14 business days to receive, inspect and process. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and you should see a refund post in your bank account within 10 business days. Please note that each banking institution may require additional time to process and post this refund to your account once they have received the information from us.
