We have complimentary insured shipping included for purchases inside the United States.

  • Do you have next day delivery? 

Yes, we have UPS next day delivery available for purchases inside the United States with a $35 fee.

  • Can you deliver to a P.O. Box? 

We can only ship to P.O. Boxes on orders less than $200.

  •  Do you have international shipping?

Yes, for outside United States purchases shipping cost will be calculated at time of purchase.

  • Insurance is included in shipment.
  • Duties are added to order.

Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated time frame, dates are not guaranteed due to Customs delay.


  • When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12:00pm PST will generally be shipped out on the same day*. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next Business day (if Monday is a holiday). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

 In-Stock Items are ready to be shipped within 1-3 business days.

 Pre-Orders, Special Orders or Personalized Items

Delivered in 4-9 weeks from the time of purchase.

Your credit card funds will be authorized when the order is placed.

Within 5 business days of order placed you will receive an email indicating an Estimated Date of  Arrival.

You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

          *Note that there could be a delay in processing your order if we encounter any issues with the billing information provided or due to weather conditions or national holidays.

          • Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?

            Orders shipped outside the State of California do not pay sales tax.

            • Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

            Each purchase includes a complimentary gift box and ribbon, and you will have the opportunity to create a personalized message at checkout. The message will arrive in your package.
